How to use
- Sit quietly with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place the cuff on a bare upper arm; position the lower edge about 2 cm above the elbow crease.
- Keep the cuff at heart level.
- Press Start and remain still and silent until results appear.

- Measure at the same times each day (morning and evening) for trend tracking.
- Avoid smoking or drinking coffee for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
