Overview

SUR-FIT flexible, transparent ostomy wafer designed for use with fecal and urinary ostomy pouches. The wafer features a flexible ring that conforms to irregular stoma contours to promote a secure seal and durable skin protection. Latex-free.

Indications

• Use with colostomy pouches for individuals unable to pass stool normally, including those with partial colectomy for tumors, congenital anomalies, obstruction, colon inflammation, or anorectal diseases.
• Use with ileostomy pouches for conditions affecting the terminal small intestine.
• Use with urostomy pouches for individuals unable to urinate normally due to bladder-related problems such as chronic infections, bladder cancer, congenital anomalies, or post-cystectomy.

Sizing

• 32 mm: fits stomas 12–32 mm.
• 38 mm: fits stomas 12–38 mm.
• 45 mm: fits stomas 12–45 mm.
• 57 mm: fits stomas 12–57 mm.
• 70 mm: fits stomas 12–64 mm.

Instructions

1. Clean the skin around the stoma with water and soap.
2. Dry the skin thoroughly.
3. Place the wafer on the skin around the stoma.
4. Press the wafer onto the skin for 30 seconds.

Precautions

• Do not use if the peristomal skin is injured or inflamed.
• Do not apply on wet skin.
• Replace the wafer every 48 hours or as needed.
